​家長一經繳交學費，即視為同意本《條款及細則》。

A) 一般條款
  • 所有已繳交之學費均不設退款或轉讓。
  • 本中心（即「齊齊學教育中心有限公司」，以註冊學校「齊齊學教育中心（佐敦）」營運）只接受 現金、支票或轉數快 繳交學費。
  • 在惡劣天氣（八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告或黑色暴雨警告）期間，本中心將暫停服務。
  • 學生如遲到，本中心不設補時。
  • 在迫不得已情況下（包括但不限於暴動、示威、大流行疾病、公共衛生危機、導師臨時缺勤、校舍緊急維修及其他類似情況），本中心可更改課堂日期及時間，並擁有最終決定權。
  • 學生須自行保管私人財物，如有遺失或損壞，本中心概不負責。
  • 若學生有上呼吸道感染徵狀而未佩戴口罩，本中心可要求其佩戴，以保障其他學生。
  • 家長或學生在本中心範圍拍攝或錄影前，必須獲得本中心同意。
  • 若學生故意破壞校舍財產，本中心有權向其家長索償。
  • 本中心有權更改本《條款及細則》，毋須事先通知。
  • 如對本《條款及細則》之釋義有任何爭議，本中心保留最終決定權。
  • 本《條款及細則》受香港特別行政區法律管轄。

B) 功課輔導班
  • 本中心可於以下地點接送學生到中心上課： i) 德信學校 ii) 嘉諾撒聖瑪利學校 iii) 循道學校（佐敦道8號校巴站）
  • 接送服務僅限於上述學校之正常放學時間。如學生因課外活動或被罰留校，本中心恕不安排額外人手。
  • 一般而言，課堂緊接放學後開始。如學生因任何原因留校，本中心不設補時。
  • 本中心可因應學生放學時間及學校假期調整課堂時間，並擁有最終決定權。
  • 公眾假期休息，當日課堂不設補堂。
  • 學生缺席或課堂受惡劣天氣影響，恕不安排補課或退款。

C) 暑期課程
  • 暑期課程指每年7月中旬至8月下旬，逢星期一至五舉辦之課程。
  • 學生缺席或課堂受惡劣天氣影響，恕不安排補課或退款。

D) 視覺藝術課程
  • 學生缺席（包括事假或病假），恕不安排補課或退款。

E) 同六加強班及周六預備班
  • 如課堂受惡劣天氣影響，或學生請事假／病假，本中心可於每兩個指定月份安排一次補課，日期及時間由本中心決定，並不設退款。
補課安排如下：
  • 9月至10月：可補課一次
  • 11月至12月：可補課一次
  • 1月至2月：可補課一次
  • 3月至4月：可補課一次
  • 5月至6月：可補課一次

F) 收集個人資料
  • 家長替子女報讀課程時，須填寫註冊表格，提供聯絡方法及學生個人資料，以便本中心運作。
  • 本中心不時於課堂期間拍攝或錄影，並可能上載至網站或社交媒體作宣傳用途。如家長不同意，須以書面通知本中心。
  • 為保安、防盜及監察用途，本中心已於校舍安裝錄影系統。

Once parents have paid tuition fees, they are deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
A) General Terms
  • All tuition fees paid are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
  • The Centre (i.e. Come To Learn Education Center Limited, operating as the registered school  Come To Learn Education Center (Jordan) ) accepts payment by cash, cheque, or FPS only.
  • Services will be suspended during adverse weather (Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning).
  • No additional time will be provided if a student arrives late.
  • In unavoidable circumstances (including but not limited to riots, demonstrations, pandemics, public health crises, instructor absence, emergency campus repairs, or similar situations), the Centre reserves the right to reschedule classes and has final discretion.
  • Students are responsible for their personal belongings; the Centre bears no liability for loss or damage.
  • If a student shows respiratory infection symptoms without wearing a mask, the Centre may require the student to wear one to protect others.
  • Parents or students must obtain prior consent before filming or recording within the Centre.
  • The Centre reserves the right to claim compensation from parents if a student intentionally damages property.
  • The Centre may amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  • In case of dispute, the Centre’s interpretation shall be final.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
B) Homework Tutoring Class
  • The Centre provides pick‑up service from the following schools: i) Tak Sun School; ii) St. Mary's Canossian School; iii) Methodist School – No. 8 Jordan Road Bus Stop.
  • Pick‑up service is limited to regular dismissal times. Extra activities or detention are not covered.
  • Classes generally begin immediately after school dismissal. No extra time will be provided if a student remains at school.
  • Class times may be adjusted according to dismissal schedules and school holidays, at the Centre’s discretion.
  • No classes will be held on public holidays, and missed sessions will not be rescheduled.
  • Absences or cancellations due to adverse weather will not be eligible for make‑up lessons or refunds.
C) Summer Program
  • The Summer Program runs Monday to Friday from mid‑July to late August each year.
  • Absences or cancellations due to adverse weather will not be eligible for make‑up lessons or refunds.
D) Visual Arts Course
  • Absences for any reason (including personal leave or sick leave) will not be eligible for make‑up lessons or refunds.
E) Saturday Booster Class & Saturday Prep Class
  • If classes are cancelled due to adverse weather, or if a student takes personal or sick leave, the Centre may arrange one make‑up lesson every two months (at its sole discretion).
  • No refunds will be provided.
  • Make‑up schedule:
    • September–October: 1 make‑up lesson
    • November–December: 1 make‑up lesson
    • January–February: 1 make‑up lesson
    • March–April: 1 make‑up lesson
    • May–June: 1 make‑up lesson
F) Collection of Personal Data
  • Parents must complete a registration form when enrolling, providing contact details and student information for Centre operations.
  • The Centre may photograph or record students during lessons for promotional or other purposes, including posting on the website or social media. Parents who object must notify the Centre in writing.
  • CCTV is installed on campus for security, theft prevention, and monitoring purposes.
